Bryce Cogswell is a site containing an amazing wealth of information about Windows
95/98/NT programming secrets, complete with clear explanations, lots of source code, and
useful tools.

contains the Orange Book and other titles, often quoted, even more often
misunderstood, about computer system security.
- The Register may not be the best online IT
information source, but it is definitely one of the best.
